When you fly, there are limits to the weight and/or a number of pieces of baggage you can check in or carry on board. Certain limitations and restrictions also apply, and these may differ by country and airline.
Since you won’t have access to baggage that you have checked in, we recommend that you carry all your travel documents, medication and valuables in your cabin baggage, which will be with you throughout your flight. You should also remember to label your checked baggage with your name and contact information.
The baggage allowance should be like points below;
- Baggage allowance for Economy class is 30kg + 8 kg Hand baggage.
- Baggage allowance for Business class is 40kg + 16 kg Hand baggage (2 piece).
- Baggage allowance for an infant is 10kg.
- Baggage allowance for Interline flights is 20k + 8 kg Hand baggage.
When you fly with us, you can carry up to two bags into the cabin with you depending on your class of travel.
In addition to the limitations stated here, you must also be able to stow your baggage securely in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you.
If the dimension of cabin baggage exceeds the given limits, the passenger is required to pay excess baggage fee for the whole weight, even the weight of it is within the given weight limits. Name and address label should be attached inside and outside of your baggage.
- Economy cabin: 1 piece (23cmx40cmx55cm) total 8kg + 1 personal item (camera, umbrella, suite covers, hand bag, laptop, tablet and PC)
- Business cabin: 2 piece (23cmx40cmx55cm) total 16kg + 1 personal item (camera, umbrella, suite covers, hand bag, laptop, tablet and PC)
Please ensure your baggage is sufficiently robust, well packed, and properly secured to withstand the usual rigors of air travel.
If, on arrival, you find that your baggage has been damaged, please file a damaged baggage report at the Zagrosjet baggage services desk before leaving the airport.
If you have left the airport without reporting, you can notify us about your damaged bag or any other mishandling of your baggage by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please note that acceptance of baggage by the passenger without complaint at the time of delivery is prima facie evidence that the baggage has been delivered in good condition and in accordance with the Conditions of Contract. If you notice that your baggage has been damaged, then you must notify the airport and make a written complaint immediately before leaving the arrival terminal.
In case no contact was made for your damaged baggage within ten days of report date, please send your report to email@example.com .
You may also file a written complaint from Communication form through our website after notifying the airport.
Lost and Found
If after your disembarkation, you have left or lost a personal belonging onboard Zagrosjet flight or at the Zagrosjet departure gate or lounge, please contact the Zagrosjet office at the airport immediately to assist you in locating your lost article.
Zagrosjet is not responsible for lost items but will do its best to assist you.If a checked baggage doesn’t arrive at the destination, the passenger must apply to our baggage services lost and found a section to report the missing baggage. The baggage service duty staff will fill you a PIR (Property Irregularity Report). If the baggage was not located after 60 days, you are entitled to be compensated by the company or sending a report to firstname.lastname@example.org
